Jessica Simpson is stripping off her hotpants and putting on her bikini. It is being reported that she will be starring in big screen remake of Babewatch Baywatch.
A source said: “Jessica really caught the eye in The Dukes of Hazzard film last summer. She was the unanimous choice for the Baywatch role.”
Jessica, 25, will play a heroic lifeguard on Venice Beach, California — and may even copy the slow-motion running that made fellas such a fan of 38-year-old Pammi in the Saturday evening show.
The source added: “Jessica has all the assets to make Pammi’s part her own.”
Producers hope David Hasselhoff, 53, who played Lt Mitch Buchannon, will join the cast now Jessica is on board.

Former Playboy Playmate and Baywatch star Pamela Anderson says that she always has trouble finding men because they don’t pursue her hard enough. She wants men to be more persistant.
Speaking on a US TV show, the beauty said: “I would love to meet someone, but I want to be pursued.
…and that’s what every girl wants.
“They want to be chased. Not stalked, but chased.”
Saying that Pamela has problems finding guys is like saying the Earth has problems going around the sun. Of course, that was before everyone found out that she has more viruses than a Windows machine. But even now, I’m sure there are a gazillion guys who still stalk chase her.

Tommy Lee is returning to college in yet another reality TV show which is being described as about as real as Pamela Anderson’s second set of boobs. The highlight of the show seems to be when Tommy is introduced to his “tutor”.
We watch Tommy flounder in class, and watch as he’s given a tutor, who is clearly the best-looking sorority girl they could find. In a scene so fake it’s embarrassing, he gets rid of his roommate on the night that Natalie the tutor is supposed to come by. Instead a fat girl shows up in her place. Hahaha. Won’t her parents be thrilled?
This sounds about as exciting as My Date with Drew, oh wait, Drew Barrymore is hot and we actually want to see her, but why isn’t she even in the credits?!
