Bugatti Veyron

The Bugatti Veyron captured first place in Autocar’s annual 0-100-0 mph contest which featured 25 of the world’s fastest supercars. In a mere 2.8 seconds the 4,100 lb Veyron propelled itself to 60 mph and hit 100 mph in an staggering 5.5 seconds. The Veyron’s overall 0-100-0 mph time of 9.9 seconds put it ahead of the Suzuki GSX-R1000 superbike.

Not only is it faster than the Suzuki, but the Veyron creates more g-force at maximum acceleration than you’d experience in an F-16 jet fighter at take off or when skydiving. Now that’s impressive — vroom vroom.
