Apple unveiled their newest iPod, the iPod Nano, earlier this today. Described as “impossibly small” the iPod Nano effectively replaces the iPod Mini line. Available in black or white, with 2Gb or 4Gb of storage, it is a thing of beauty — although, I wouldn’t have minded a higher capacity.

In related news, Apple also unveiled the long anticipated ROKR E1 phone. However, as if to hint that Apple already knows sales of the new phone will pale compared to their dominating iPod line, the E1 took backstage to the Nano, receiving a small 160×120 advert underneath the massive image of the tiny Nano on their website.
