According to the Washington Post, former Playboy Playmate Jenny McCarthy and husband John Asher filed for divorce after six years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

McCarthy, 32, married Asher, a 34-year-old film director, in September 1999. They met when Asher directed McCarthy in the 1999 film “Diamonds.”

The couple has a 3-year-old son, Evan.

McCarthy is currently starring in the new UPN sitcom, “The Bad Girl’s Guide.” Her previous work includes MTV shows “Singled Out” and “The Jenny McCarthy Show” and the short-lived 1997 NBC sitcom “Jenny.”

Jenny McCarthy was married? She was in a movie? She was in a sitcom? She is currently in a new sitcom? I thought all she did was run around naked while people took pictures of her…
