I got selected for a random security check at LAX. What?! Being a relatively frequent flier this was a first, but I guess inevitable. Despite the “metal wand”, bag searching, and groping pat-down it wasn’t horrible. Luckily I checked everything in and only had a small carry-on (which made the bag search a breeze). I just hope this doesn’t become a regular occurrance.

But yes, I’m traveling, on the road, away from the keyboard, out of the office, so updates will be sparse at best over the next 4 days … Check back on Monday! Unplugged in the islands.
